The Dutch Consumer and Markets Authority has taken the unprecedented step of shutting down a webshop with judicial authorization. The webshop in question, known as TI-84shop, had multiple active sites which have now been disabled.

The ACM is urging affected customers to reach out to the webshop using any available contact information. If they do not have this information, they can request it from the ACM. Due to the sites being offline, customers are no longer able to place orders.

The decision to shut down the online store came after numerous complaints from customers regarding undelivered products and failure to provide refunds. Many users had already warned others about the shop in reviews on the Pricewatch platform. TI-84shop offered a range of products, including game consoles and electronics. The ACM had previously issued a warning to the webshop last year.
