Microsoft Expands Copilot Features with Dutch Language Support and Educational Tools

Microsoft's Copilot assistant will now offer Dutch support starting in March or April. In addition to this, Copilot will be accessible for educational purposes and Microsoft will be introducing a tool that enables users to share prompts and view training videos.

According to a blog post by Microsoft, Copilot is set to expand its language support to include seventeen new languages, such as Dutch, as well as major languages like Arabic, traditional Chinese, Hebrew, and Russian. While the exact release date is still unclear, Microsoft has mentioned in their roadmap that Dutch support is expected to be rolled out in March or April.

The Copilot Lab will undergo a transformation, evolving from its previous state to become a knowledge center. This will allow users to exchange prompts, watch videos, and share tips to enhance the assistant's prompt creation process.

Moreover, Copilot will now be accessible on the Microsoft 365 mobile app, as well as the Word and PowerPoint applications. Integration with Forms is also on the horizon, scheduled for release in March. Additionally, Microsoft has announced that Copilot will be included in the Microsoft for Education package, making it available to educational institutions.
