Samsung is set to release One UI 6.1 with Galaxy AI this month for the Galaxy S23 and other models. The upgrade has been highly anticipated by Samsung users.
With this update, the S23 Fold5 and Flip5 will now have access to many AI functions that were previously exclusive to the S24 phones, according to Samsung. Users can expect to receive the upgrade within the month. It is unclear at this time if the update will also be available in the Benelux region.
Samsung first introduced Galaxy AI in early 2024, coinciding with the launch of the new Galaxy S24 smartphones. There is speculation that Samsung may start charging users for Galaxy AI features after 2025, although the details of this paywall remain unknown.
