ConcernedApe, the developer behind Stardew Valley, rolled out a new patch on Thursday, bringing the game's version up to 1.6.4. This update introduces 40 fresh layouts for two mining locations in the game.

The Steam patch notes delve into the specifics of ConcernedApe's additions and tweaks. Players will discover twenty new layouts at the mine north of Pelican Town upon reaching the final floor. The remaining layouts are waiting in the volcano mine on Ginger Island, accessible once players clear the shortcut between the volcano entrance and the crater. Additionally, the developer has made some balance adjustments, such as removing the guarantee of hit points from an Energy Tonic and reducing the likelihood of finding a mystery box.

Last month saw the release of version 1.6 of Stardew Valley for Windows, macOS, and Linux. This update brought a wealth of new content to the game, including festivals, items, and a new farm type. The PC version also supports multiplayer for up to eight players.
