A team of ex-Google Deepmind developers unveiled the beta version of their AI music tool Udio on Wednesday. With just a few prompts, users can now compose their own music tracks.

Their innovative tool showcases a wide range of features. Users are given the freedom to create tracks in various musical genres of their choice. Furthermore, Udio has the capability to produce vocals in multiple languages such as Japanese and Russian. To begin creating a track, users simply input a prompt, similar to the Suno music tool. Udio then generates two unique tracks based on this prompt. Users can further customize the tracks by adding lyrics and additional tags.

Currently, Udio is available for free and users are allowed to create up to 1200 tracks per month. The developers are focused on enhancing sound quality and expanding language options. In the future, musicians can expect more features to be added to the tool, such as the ability to seamlessly incorporate external tracks.
