This printer is available from $8.99 per month but the price of the subscription increases as the user wants to print more. Users who want to print 100 pages every month pay a monthly fee of $12.99. HP also offers a subscription for professional users. This subscription includes the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e. Every subscriber can count on new ink cartridges from HP. The printer monitors ink levels and then places an order with HP when the cartridges are low. The subscription includes both color and black and white printing. Users who have subscribed to a formula can choose a different printer model after two years. This concerns a subscription that is active for two years.

For the subscription with the HP Envy Inspire 7258e you have to pay $180 and for the most expensive plan the manufacturer charges a cancellation fee of $270 during the first year.

The cancellation costs change in the second year of the subscription. Then customers with the cheapest formula have to pay $60; Canceling the mid-tier subscription costs $90. Customers with the most expensive subscription will be charged $135 for a cancellation from the second year onwards.Update: 1:14 p.m.: Incorrect information in the article has been corrected and the last paragraph about cancellation costs has been reworked so that it becomes clearer when the customer has to pay which cancellation costs.
