Google Podcasts to Continue Operating in Netherlands and Belgium Despite US Closure

Google Podcasts, an application developed by the search giant for listening to audio broadcasts, has ceased operations in the United States. However, the app will still be available in the Netherlands and Belgium until June 24th.

 Last September, Google made the announcement that they would be discontinuing Google Podcasts. 

The specific date may have seemed far off at the time, but just recently, Google stated that the app will still be functional outside of the US, including in the Netherlands and Belgium, until June 24th. For users who wish to listen to podcasts through a Google platform, they can utilize YouTube Music instead.
