Both Vodafone and KPN might be adding Google Pixel smartphones to their lineup soon. This would increase the number of Dutch providers offering Google phones directly to customers to three. Currently, customers can only purchase Google phones from Odido.
Vodafone and KPN have not yet confirmed which specific models will be available. Android Planet has noted that both providers are hinting at rumors surrounding the unannounced Pixel 8a. The websites of both companies mention details such as rounded corners and a 120Hz screen, suggesting features of the new device.
The Pixel 8a, a new mid-range smartphone, is expected to be unveiled during the upcoming Google I/O developer conference, scheduled for May 14 and 15. Alongside the introduction of several new AI products, there may also be announcements about new features in the upcoming Android 15 operating system.
