Gigabyte is stepping up by offering a three-year warranty against burn-in for their QD OLED monitors. This move puts them in line with competitors ASUS and MSI who also provide a similar guarantee. Gigabyte is standing behind their entire lineup of QD OLED gaming monitors.

According to a press release from Gigabyte, this three-year warranty applies to models such as the CO49DQ, FO32U2P, FO32U2, FO27Q3, MO34WQC, and MO34WQC2. The warranty covers normal defects as well as 'potential panel image retention issues', ensuring that the image will not burn in when displayed on the QD OLED panel for extended periods.

Gigabyte's move follows in the footsteps of ASUS and MSI, who introduced similar warranties last month. ASUS offers a two-year warranty, while MSI provides a three-year warranty. Companies like HP and Alienware have also been offering burn-in warranties for some time now.
