Exciting news for Windows 11 users - now you can utilize your Android device as a webcam! Microsoft has announced that this feature is being introduced for Insiders, although the official release date is still unknown.
According to Microsoft's blog post, this feature is currently in beta across all Windows 11 Insider channels. Users have the ability to connect their Android device as a webcam, and it can be done wirelessly.
This feature allows users to switch between their front and rear cameras while on calls, as well as pause an image. Additionally, certain devices support enabling HDR. To utilize this feature, users must download the Link to Windows app on their Android device, running at least Android 9. Configuration of the webcam can be done through the Mobile devices settings in Windows.
