Discontinuation of Dutch Edition of MagPi Magazine: Subscribers to be Compensated for Remaining Subscriptions

Unfortunately, the Dutch edition of MagPi Magazine will no longer be in circulation due to it not meeting expected results. The upcoming March/April issue will be the final Dutch-language edition. However, the English edition will continue to be published as usual.

Subscribers of MagPi Magazine have been notified via email about the discontinuation of the translated versions of the magazine. The team expresses their regret, stating, "We are still very passionate about this project, but we have not been able to reach a sustainable level of growth. After much deliberation, we have come to the decision to cease publication."

Subscribers will be compensated for the remaining value of their subscriptions. They will have the option to receive a refund or choose an alternate offer. MagPi assures that the resolution process will be completed 'within weeks'.

Editor-in-chief Patrick Wielders announces that the Raspberry Pi Foundation will continue to maintain the English edition of MagPi Magazine and the international social media accounts. The Dutch edition, which was first released in March 2018 and published by Elektor, focused on tutorials, interviews, and reviews related to Raspberry Pi projects.
